Curved and articulated to make the most of the wonderful estuary views, with private terraces and direct access to further communal garden areas and woodland, there is also a private quay below, giving foot access to the water, exclusively for residents of the Yealm. (Permits payable locally if launching paddleboards and kayaks etc)

Stepping into this spacious apartment guests will be greeted with the stunning floor to ceiling curved windows overlooking the river, making use of the unique natural light shining from the riverside.
